Rupert Everett Slams Beyoncé, Rihanna And Miley

Bitterness has a face

Rupert Everett, most famous for his roles in "My Best Friend's Wedding", "Shakespeare In Love" and Madonna's infamous "The Next Best Thing", has never really kept his opinions to himself and has started a feud with every celebrity out there.

He once defined Jeniffer Aniston's movies as "tasteless", declared Colin Firth's performance in "Mamma Mia!" to be "almost a careericide", branded Madonna an "old whiny barmaid", implied that George Clooney isn't a very smart man, said that Robert De Niro and Al Pacino are just tragic parodies of themselves and revealed that he couldn't imagine anything worse than being raised by two gay dads, despite being a gay man himself.

Let's just say he doesn't really have a filter nor, some would say, a lot of common sense. And let's also add that he comes across as a complete and utter bitter old man.

Well, now he's gone and done it again, but this time Beyoncé, Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, Miley Cyrus and in a way, Lady Gaga, were slammed by the actor.

Ugly, slutty and fat?

According to Yahoo Canada, during an interview with Event magazine, the 54 year old said:

"I grew up with the idea of female beauty being delicate with long, slim legs, now it’s terribly ‘in’ for women to have these huge great legs with massive thighs. Rihanna has them, Kim Kardashian has them, Beyonce has them, with her elephant ankles and gigantic arse.  I think it’s the reason these great big clumpy shoes are fashionable – to support these huge legs they all have."

Isn't that just lovely? He then went on to talk about some of the women in the pop music World:

"Terribly conventional"

"All these girls in pop, from Miley Cyrus to Beyonce to Rihanna, overtly sell sex. They are practically naked in their videos. Gaga is the most interesting of the lot of them, she does have true ideas, although her music is terribly conventional."

He said something nice about Gaga, but he made sure it was followed by a little dig. Phew!

He had positive words about the One Direction boys though:

"I do like One Direction, though. Particularly Harry Styles. I was in ITV Towers the other day and they were all coming out of the lift in front of me. Harry Styles actually stopped to open the door for me. That's manners. Good manners. If there's one thing I admire it's good manners."

Open the door open for Rupert if you want him to like you

Good manners? The irony.

Tony Bennett And Lady Gaga's Album To Drop In September

"The Lady Is A Tramp"
It has been delayed a few times, but "Cheek To Cheek", the album that Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga recorded together, will finally be released in September this year and make the Grammy Awards deadline of September the 30th.

According to Showbiz 411, Tony confirmed the news himself, and added:

"Wait until you hear her voice. She's a real singer."

The album was supposed to come out in January this year, then it was pushed back to March, but the truth is that Gaga has been very busy with her own album, "ARTPOP", and is about to get busier with her World tour.

Lady Gaga To Guest-Judge On RuPaul's Drag Race?

RuPaul and Lady Gaga, a match made in heaven

Lady Gaga has always spoken openly about her love for RuPaul and his hit reality series "RuPaul's Drag Race", which features 14 drag queens from all over the United States competing for a cash prize and a prestigious modelling contract.

Last year the star tweeted:

During her "Muppets Holiday Spectacular" TV special, which aired on ABC late last year, she even invited RuPaul to perform with her. The song of choice was "Fashion!", off Lady Gaga's latest album, "ARTPOP". Watch the fabulous performance below:

Lady Gaga Rocks Roseland

Lady Gaga smiles at her audience

Lady Gaga played the last ever show the Roseland Ballroom in New York City will ever see, and boy did she bring the house down! Luckily for us, Verizon live-streamed the entire thing online!

The star was clearly on top form and felt comfortable in an environment she knows well, having started off playing all the small bars and pubs in the city back in those days when the World didn't know who Lady Gaga was.

Gaga cracked a good amount of jokes, she said hello to her mother and father, who were in the audience, and let a female fan feel her breasts. It was a very entertaining show that didn't lack anything.

Good live band? Check.
Great vocals? Check.
Funny jokes? Check.
Inspiring speeches? Check.

The set started with a stripped down version of "Born This Way" and Gaga showcased her impressive vocals.

"Black Jesus † Amen Fashion" followed, and it was lyrically very fitting:

"I grew up in New York City, since I was born on Broadway baby. Moved downtown when I was just 19 to start a new life on the New York scene"

She also gave her fans the chance to hear "Monster", an album track from "The Fame Monster", a song she hadn't performed since 2011 during her "Monster Ball" tour.

The show continued with Gaga's biggest hits "Bad Romance", "Just Dance" and "Poker Face" as well as material from her latest album, "ARTPOP".

Lady Gaga climbs a ladder during "Bad Romance"

One of the highlights of the show was definitely "Yoü And I", Gaga's declaration of love to an ex boyfriend.

"Applause" and new single "G.U.Y." closed the show and Gaga couldn't have looked any happier. She also said goodbye to Amanda, a dancer who has been working with Gaga since 2009 but won't be part of her team anymore.

You can watch the entire show below.

You're welcome.

The Roseland Ballroom shows have served as an appetizer before the main course: artRave - the ARTPOP Ball (get tickets).

Gaga has always declared that her whole life is a show, and that she constantly lives between two things: fantasy and reality, art and pop. That is why every night outside the Roseland Ballroom she has given the fans and the paparazzi exactly what they want: glamurous, OTT outfits and lots of charisma. Click on the pictures to enlarge them.

During one of the shows, Gaga felt comfortable enough to flash her bare, perfect bottom to her adoring fans.

"Too much" is an expression Lady Gaga is not aware of, and most people don't seem to mind!

Billboard's Ex Editorial Director Speaks Out

Bill Werde, ex Editorial Director of Billboard Magazine, gave us all a lesson in online celebrity last night, when he took to his Tumblr account to clarify a few things regarding certain shady bloggers who have somehow managed to spread their lies on the Internet.

These bloggers have been writing bashful entries about music artists, particularly Lady Gaga, for one year, and no one paid any attention to them or their glorified fan site until more credible media outlets started reporting their stories, even if they had absolutely no way to know if these were legit or not. Embarrassingly, the New York Magazine had to edit one of their articles with a line that told their readers to not believe that story because they had zero proof that what it said was true, and that it was just "fictional gossip".

These people's only goal in life is, apparently, to try and ruin Lady Gaga's career. Now why would anyone be so obsessed with someone they don't know? How could a popstar hold such power over people? I suppose, if you're Lady Gaga, nothing should surprise you anymore. Her undeniable impact and quick rise to global superstardom has, for some reason, scared fans of other popstars.

These stories have been supported by the likes of Internet bully Perez Hilton and hate Tumblr pages such as Paws Down Little Monsters (which was created by, you guessed it, a Madonna fan).

I won't mention the blog these people write for nor their names, because that is exactly what they want. And well, apparently these people don't even exist.

In their bios they mention Universities that have never heard of them and use pictures from random people's Flickr accounts.

Buzzfeed has written a similar article about Lady Gaga hating bloggers who won't reveal themselves. It's all very sad stuff, and it makes you wonder why people don't focus on getting on with their own lives instead of polluting the World with such mindless rubbish.

Read the Buzzfeed article here.

Lady Gaga Celebrates Her Birthday... in FOUR Different Outfits

One day, four Gagas!
Being Lady Gaga must be a lot of fun.

The Lady turned 28 today, and she made the most of her birthday by being seen in four different outfits, all equally fabulous. The girl's love affair with fashion seems to be stronger than ever these days.

During the day, the star was seen toing and froing between her New York City apartment and the Roseland Ballroom, where she has been rehearsing for a series of seven consecutive sold out shows, which will take place before the venue shuts down forever.

Giving the fans what they want
The most fabulous outfit of the day was definitely the Roseland-inspired one. Gaga strategically placed red roses all over her body, leaving her back completely uncovered. Well, almost completely uncovered, as one red rose found its way to her famous derriere.

You can watch a video of Gaga's arrival at the venue here. She was greeted by excited fans who sang her "Happy Birthday", which Gaga must have appreciated, considering the tweet she sent tonight:

Happy Birthday Lady Gaga!

There you have 28 iconic Gaga pictures. Choosing them was hard, because the woman has created an incredible amount of iconic moments in just over five years.

But let's get the obvious line out of the way, shall we?

LADY GAGA WAS BORN THIS DAY.

There you go.

Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta was born on the 28th of March, 1986, in New York.

28 years later she is one of the biggest superstars in the World, having achieved what many thought she would never achieve, including conquering the hearts of legions of fans who adore her and worship her.

Lady Gaga will be celebrating her birthday at Roseland Ballroom in New York, where she is playing seven consecutive sold out shows, before the venue shuts down forever.

We will be celebrating by overplaying her music to death. Although that happens almost every day.

Happy birthday, Lady Gaga!

Here's a picture of Gaga enjoying her cake:

Akon Betrays Lady Gaga

Akon and Lady Gaga

Friendship never ends? According to Akon, money comes first.

For those of you who are wondering who Akon is, he co-wrote Lady Gaga's debut single, "Just Dance", managed to have a couple of hits by himself, admitted he had made ten times more money thanks to Lady Gaga's career than he did working on his own music and then fell victim to the "rent-a-rapper" syndrome.

Apparently he's a businessman and works behind the scenes. Forgive me if I didn't know, but Akon isn't exactly someone you hear about very often.

The rapper recently gave a radio interview during which he stated that Lady Gaga's career is on the way down and that he cut ties with the singer as soon as he felt that she wouldn't make him a lot of money. Classy.

He told US radio DJ Sway on Sirius XM: "I cashed out. I got out while the goin' was good. It's like a business; you build it to sell it. When I got it to the peak of where I felt it couldn't go nowhere, and there was nowhere left to go but down, I cashed out. I sold my share and got out. I know how the business works. You're only hot for so long before you go cold".

Lady Gaga's latest album, "ARTPOP" reached the #1 spot in the US and in other major markets like the UK and Japan and has so far sold more than 1,700,000 copies worldwide. The singer is also going on tour in May, and tickets have been selling well. Her latest music video, "G.U.Y.", received more than 12 million views in under 48 hours.

I don't know what you people think, but I am positively convinced that Gaga is here to stay.

Lady Gaga Unveils "G.U.Y." Single Cover

Gaga's handwriting

After the World premiere of the "G.U.Y." music video, which also features other songs from her latest album "ARTPOP" (Purchase the ARTPOP vinyl here), Lady Gaga took to Twitter and LittleMonsters.com to unveil the single cover. It features a still from the opening section of the music video: a winged, naked Lady Gaga. In the short film, you can see that the singer has been attacked by numerous businessmen who use her, squeeze all the money they can out of her and then abandon her.

But this is Lady Gaga we're talking about, and unsurprisingly, she gets up, makes her way to a liberating place where friendly, artistic minds take care of her until she's ready to take over the World again.

The video has received almost ten million views in 24 hours, and the song is starting to slowly climb up the iTunes charts worldwide. Will this be Lady Gaga's return to form after her latest album failed to sell as much as her previous records? People have been quick to dismiss the project as a "flop", a word that so many music fans seem to love and use even when it's completely unnecessary.

The album has simply underperformed, which shouldn't come as a surprise considering the long break the singer took after she had to cancel her North American dates of the "Born This Way Ball" tour due to a hip injury that left her on a wheelchair for months.

"artRave: The ARTPOP Ball" and future singles and personal appearances should help the album stay in the charts. In the meantime, buy "ARTPOP" and "G.U.Y." here:

Lady Gaga Premieres New Video: G.U.Y.

A scene from the G.U.Y. music video
Lady Gaga premiered the video for her new single G.U.Y. tonight, with an exclusive two minute preview on NBC's Dateline, followed by the premiere of the full, seven minute short film on her VEVO channel.

The build up to the premiere took the Internet by storm, as Gaga was trending for hours on various media outlets and social networks such as Twitter, Google and CNN. Her legions of Little Monsters were clearly desperate for something new, especially because her last video was released in August, 2013. For someone who brought the music video back to total relevance, that's a long time ago.

She teased for days with stills from the video, and thirty minutes before the premiere, she tweeted this .gif image:

Minutes before the premiere, fan sites and music forums stopped working. One of Lady Gaga's biggest fan sites, GagaDaily, crashed under the weight of more than 2,200 over-excited fans who were waiting for the video together.
