Taylor Swift broke a Chinese sales record when her forthcoming concert in Shanghai sold out in just sixty seconds.

Taylor is getting ready to kick off her Asian tour (get tickets!), which consists of seven dates across the continent. The Shanghai gig will take place on May the 30th and all 18,000 tickets were sold in one minute, making it the fastest sell-out in the history of the country.

This isn't the first time Taylor Swift breaks a record. Last year, her comeback single "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" (like, ever) became the fastest-selling digital single and it climbed to #1 on iTunes within fifty minutes of its release!

She was also the first female artist to write or co-write every track on a million-selling debut album, and the solo artist with the most sold-out shows at the Los Angeles Staples Center venue: eleven.
